GURUDWARA SHRI GANI KHAN NABHI KHAN is situated in the Machiwara Town of Ludhiana Distt. This holy land of Machiwara Sahib was once touched by Sarbansdani DASHMESH PITA JI & SATGURU JI came here from Gulabe & Punjabe's house. Gani Khan Nabi Khan went and requested SATGURU JI to come to their house & bless them. On coming here Gani Khan Nabi Khan noticed that there were too many informers roaming around so he requested that if SACCHE PAATSHAH can come in a blue dress, then it would become easy for them to serve. Then it was ordered that a dyer should be brought. A dyer was called upon & SATGURU JI ordered him to color His clothes. The dyer replied that SATGURU JI the clothes are dyed when the matti (A large earthen pot) is fully prepared & it takes 3 days time to get that prepared once the color is put. SATGURU JI ordered that the matti is already prepared & when the dyer went & saw it, he was amased to see the matti boiling. The dyer got sure that He is a Hermit of GOD & should ask for something from Him. After coloring the clothes & presenting it in SATGURU JI's feet, the dyer stood with his hands folded. SATGURU JI wanted to pay something in return for coloring the clothes but the dyer refused to take it. SATGURU JI asked him that what does he want ? The dyer requested that GURU JI I donot have any child , kindly bless me. The second request is that I am unable to earn enough for a living, not able to pay off the debt earned by color. Kindly bless me. GURU JI replied that the matti in which you have colored my clothes, you need not add any color into it from now onwards. Whatever color you think in your heart & dip the cloth, the cloth will be colored with that color. Keep the matti covered & donot tell this secret to anyone.The place where the dyer got happy & went away, GURUDWARA CHAUBARA SAHIB exists on that place which is around 500 yards from this place where you can visit & see the Matti sahib. Gani Khan Nabi Khan requested that even they donot have any child to which SATGURU JI said that your service has already been accepted & whatever blessings were given are listed in the HUKAMNAMA. DASHMESH PITA stayed at this place for 2 days & 2 nights. From this place, GURU JI along with Gani Khan, Nabi Khan, Bhai Daya Singh Ji, Bhai Dharam Singh Ji, Bhai Maan Singh Ji went to GURUDWARA KIRPAN BHET SAHIB in a Paalki, which is about 2 kms away from this place, going through GURUDWARA KATANA SAHIB via village Rampura Kanech went towards Alamgir.

Note: SHRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI, while accepting the service of Gani Khan Nabi Khan, gave this HUKAMNAMA to him at GURUDWARA ALAMGIR SAHIB. The photocopy of the same has been kept at GURUDWARA GANI KHAN NABI KHAN.
